Last updated: 30 September 2026These terms govern your use of the GharConnects website, mobile apps and related services, provided by Mobilogi Technologies Private Limited (“Mobilogi”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using GharConnects, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
GharConnects helps housing societies manage maintenance billing, visitor and gate management, complaints, notices, polls, amenity bookings and accounts. Features available to you depend on the plan your society has chosen.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Societies are responsible for adding, verifying and removing their residents and staff.
3. Society responsibilities
The subscribing society is responsible for the accuracy of bills, charges, rules and notices it publishes, and for obtaining any consent needed from residents for the data it adds to the platform.
4. Payments
Payments made through GharConnects are processed by third-party payment partners and credited to the society's account. Disputes about the amount of maintenance or other charges must be raised with the society. Subscription fees for the society's plan are agreed separately between the society and Mobilogi.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including posting unlawful, abusive or misleading content, attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the platform's security, or using it for any purpose other than managing your society.
6. Intellectual property
GharConnects, its software, design and brand are owned by Mobilogi Technologies Private Limited. Content your society uploads remains the society's, and you grant us permission to host and process it to provide the service.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep GharConnects available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, add or remove features from time to time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mobilogi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions and disputes between residents, committees and staff. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the society in the preceding twelve months.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. A society may stop using GharConnects according to its subscription agreement, and may request an export of its data before closure.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
